Bounce Management

Inevitably when you are managing a large list of email addresses, people will change their address without letting you know. Every time Email-Geni.us sends out a mailing, it responds to every hard bounce that comes back (non-existent addresses, etc.) by automatically unsubscribing that email address from your list.

You will still be able to search for and find that email address in your list, but it is set to ‘Unsubscribed - Bounce’, ensuring no more attempts at delivery to that address. Soft bounces such as out-of-the-office and vacation notifications will remain delivered and unaffected. Additionally, recipients of all emails from Email-Geni.us will be able to click on an unsubscribe link in every email, manually unsubscribing them from that email list.
